The 1940\u2019s brought a major change to Pine Acres after WWII had begun. Young naval pilots were being trained to fly at Love Field in Prescott. Housing was limited, so Pine Acres provided these young cadets a place to stay while they were stationed in Prescott. Since the end of WWII, the property has remained an apartment community, with a wonderful heritage coupled with a peaceful setting in the tall pines. Pine Acres is a unique and convenient place to live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
